En tillykke-sang til Pastoren her fra LS Society kan derfor passende være Bowie’s genkomst for præcis to år siden, da han uden noget varsel pludselig var tilbage fra usynlighed med en meget fin ny sang og lovning om et helt album, The Next Day. Bowie antyder iøvrigt via sin nytårshilsen på web, at der måske snart kan være nyt på vej igen. Vi er de heldige.

Journalisterne på Mojo Magazine kårer i det nye februarnummer David Bowie’s 100 bedste sange. ‘Where Are We Now’ indtager på den liste en plads som nr. 31. Her den diskutable – en top-100 uden plads til f.eks. ‘Sweet Thing’ fra Diamond Dogs er set herfra håbløst useriøs – og alt for omfattende (= rodede) liste, der om ikke andet giver lyst til at sætte en plade eller tre på med David Bowie:
